In 2008, Joe and his close friend the Hall of Fame Soccer Star Kyle Rote, Jr. began the original In The Zone national men’s ministry. The ministry has been hosted in large churches and arenas throughout the country. The events have featured many of the most recognizable Christian men in sports and business today. During the early years of the ministry they were approached by Thomas Nelson Publishers and authored “Living Life In The Zone, A Forty Day Study for Men.”

In The Zone was one of the most rewarding experiences in recent years.
They will take you further than the locker room and the playing field. They will take you on a real life journey to manhood.
They give you and inside look at the lives of some of the greatest Christian men in sports and in business today.
You will learn how to do things God’s way instead of man’s way.
They distinguish between God’s idea of manhood and the world’s definition.
They challenged me to be a better man of Christ.
